Founder of Alive Life Coaching, Michael Joseph Ferguson is the author of the book, "The Drummer and the Great Mountain - a Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD/ADHD." He is also the co-host of the podcast "Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support." He has studied the effects of nutrition and exercise on brain chemistry for over a decade. He is the creator of a life coaching system designed specifically for adults with ADD/ADHD. He is also a musician, poet, graphic artist, and media producer.
