Practical Steps for Creating an Inspired Life

Most of us can benefit from setting aside time from our busy schedules to catch our breath, take an overview of our life, and set meaningful, attainable goals.

This workshop provides the opportunity for just that. It offers a practical approach to life visioning and goal setting. It will create the space and focus for you to map out your intentions and create a step-by-step plan for attaining them.

What You'll Receive

During this four-part online workshop, we will co-create the day-to-day systems necessary for living a more fulfilling and balanced life. Topics include:

  • Developing a life vision map in key areas of your life (health, work, relationships, family, finances, etc.)
  • Implementing the "4 Essentials" of an effective time management system
  • Designing a sustainable wellness plan
  • Integrating key support strategies for staying inspired while you are realizing your life vision

After using the tools I learned in the workshop, as well as the podcast and the book, I feel more at peace than I have in a long time. A few months ago I was diagnosed with severe combined-type ADHD with extremely high H. I knew nothing about the disorder, but it explained 54 years of life. I was in agony and wondering whether I wanted to live another day, given what I read.

I lucked into the Drummer podcast the next day (some of my superpowers being research and analysis) and it was obvious to me that, as I’ve always joked, I AM A CAVEMAN. And I love it. I was anxious and depressed leading up to my diagnosis and worse after reading the low-lying-fruit stuff which is mainstream ADHD coaching mantra. At 54, for the first time, I truly feel free to be me and embrace who I am.

The Drummer approach is my kind of approach. No easy ways out, just ways to notice your machinery and work with it better. 3 months post-diagnosis I often find myself struggling, but with tools at the ready and a self-confidence I’m not accustomed to feeling. Every day of my life will be challenging-but I’m up for challenges. However, I don’t have to be fixed at all; I’m a community-generating, caring, loving hunter. Who would want to be anything else?

Thank you for being the one who showed a middle-aged underachiever who was “super-bright but didn’t apply himself” to understand that I am exactly where I belong to get to where I want to be, which is a place with some inner-peace.

About the Facilitators

Founder of Alive Life Coaching, Michael Joseph Ferguson is the author of the book, The Drummer and the Great Mountain – a Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD/ADHD. He is also the host of the podcast “Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support,” and the creator of a life coaching system designed specifically for adults with ADD/ADHD.

Co-founder of Alive Life Coaching, Questa Li oversees both content creation, and manages all aspects of the coaching practice and workshop offerings. She is also an accomplished yoga instructor and is passionate about the role of nutrition for living a more joyful, vibrant life.
